Renovation of a multi-residential development in Lorain, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade multi-residential development.

The City of Lorain (the "City") through the Housing Division of the Department of Building, Housing and Planning, is seeking qualified organizations to submit proposals to provide temporary low-barrier, housing-focused, Non-Congregate Shelter ("NCS") for HOME-ARP Qualifying Populations ("QPs"). Interested parties and qualified community-based organizations may choose to apply for the following program: Submission of an application does not guarantee an award and/or full funding of the requested amount. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to amend the RFP process, and to discontinue or re-open the process at any time. The submittals will be evaluated based on each respondent's qualifications, statement criteria, and relevant experience. It has come to the City's attention that depending on the scope of the project, the "Residential" Wage Determinations could apply. The Residential Wage Determinations apply to construction projects "consisting of single-family homes and apartments up to and including 4 stories." Attached is a copy of the Residential Wage Determinations.
