Our team manages the home improvement programs for homeowners in the city who are in need of rehabilitation to their homes. It is the City's desire to obtain a list of qualified, reliable, and experienced contractors who are interested in participating in our programs. We would very much like you to participate as a contractor who will be included on a list provided to residents so they may obtain estimates that we request to remain valid for 90 days. There are currently two programs that can assist homeowners with improvements to their home: Home Repair up to $15,000 for one or two repairs to major components of a home HOME Rehab Up to $45,000 of necessary repairs starting with Code Violations and any additional repairs allowed under the program (*This program requires a licensed General Contractor to lead the project) If you have any questions or would like additional information, please reach out anytime.
