appropriate Door Hardware: 1200 lb Door Mag Locks, Request to exit, power supply and surge
protection. Provide Server and Cellular Network Router
2) Chabad Synagogue & Social Hall - Brivo 4 Door Control unit with (4) Proximity Readers, with
appropriate Door Hardware: (3) 1200 lb Door Mag Lock & (1) 600 lb double door lock, The
Back Door Location will need a Whole New Door Metal with Glass Window Request to exit
buttons for all doors, power supply and surge protection

Security System:
1) Chabad Spiritual Center: - IQ4 Qolsys Panel ( 5 ) Door Contacts, (1) Motion Detector
2) Chabad Synagogue & Social hall - IQ4 Qolsys Panel (6) Door Contacts, (2) Motion
Detectors Camera System:
1) Chabad Spiritual Center - Hik Vision NVR to tie into the same platform as the Chabad
School for Viewing on the same platform.
Eight Channel NVR (5) Outdoor Cameras ( Front Door Parking Lot area, 2 to view the
playground area, 1 to view towards the Synagogue and 1 at the top of the stairs to be viewed
from a monitor mounted inside the upstairs door) to view who is on the steps)
2) Chabad Synagogue & Social Hall - Hik Vision NVR to tie into the Chabad School Platform to
be able to view all 3 locations from the same server on site and remote app
(16) Channel NVR with (14 Outdoor Cameras around the building and parking lot area)
Networking:
Install New Network 12U Rack for New Provided Server with 1TB NAS (network attached
storage for Shared Files) for the Chabad School with Night Hawk Router with Ubiquiti Cloud Key
and (6) Ubiquiti Access Points and 24 Port Gigabit network Switch, 8 Port Poe Switch,
Connectors, surge protection and Wire
