This project involves the assessment of existing center elevator bank (elevators 103 and 104) and control room for Hospital Ramp 4 and to upgrade the center elevator bank and control room to be compliant with current operating standards as determined by the professional assessment. Building: Hospital Parking Ramp No. 4 Estimated Construction Cost: $1,418,000.00 The Contract Time begins on the day the Constructor receives the Notice of Award, unsigned Form of Agreement, Performance Bond and Payment Bond, and Subcontractor List Form. Bidder agrees to Substantially Complete project Work within three hundred thirty-two (332) calendar days for Phase 1 and within five hundred fifty-nine (559) calendar days for Phase 2 from the receipt of the Notice of Award and shall have no more than fourteen (14) days to complete all items on the Punch List for each Phase and achieve Final Completion.
