Renovation of a parking garage in Nashua, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
The City of Nashua, NH, herein referred to as "the City", is seeking qualifications from vendors for Design Services for the proposed Nashua Downtown Garage Improvement Project. The selected firm will be expected to work in a highly collaborative manner with stakeholders to help design office space inside the Elm St Parking Garage. The office can either be an expansion of what already exists or the creation of a new space within the structure. The City, through the Mayor, who is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications or parts of qualifications; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the City's best interest. Question Deadline 08/06/2024 at 2:00 PM ET The City will consider all timely-received questions and requests for change and, if reasonable and appropriate, will issue an addendum to clarify or modify this RFQ. Answers to vendor submitted questions and other addenda will be posted on the City of Nashua website online The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
