To establish a firm Price Agreement for Road Barricades, Cones, Flags and Related Items with firm pricing through June 30, 2025, with a possible option to renew firm pricing, at the City of Dayton's discretion, for three (3) additional 12- month period from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. To purchase lightweight, portable barriers to perform some of the functions of cement barriers, rubber cones, barrels and other such devices used to control, direct, and/or channel vehicular and pedestrian traffic for purposes of containment and/or safety. The City reserves the right to have delivery to multiple City locations. The location for delivery will be given when order is placed. Companies shall give at least 24-hour advance notice of a delivery in order that unloading equipment will be available. All deliveries shall be in open top carriers to facilitate unloading by crane type equipment or forklift if needed.
