This project is to reconstruct the neighborhood's residential concrete streets including sidewalks. This project will also include utility improvements with over 10,000 LF of new 8" water lines and 11,000 LF of 8" sanitary sewer lines. The successful bidder must furnish both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, from an approved Surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, and acceptable according to the latest list of companies holding Certificates of Authority from the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States, or another Surety acceptable to the City.
