Submit one (1) original and one (1) complete copy of the entire Response with one (1) complete consolidated electronic copy of files in PDF format on a flash drive The City of Mesquite's ("City") Request for Qualifications is meant to specify a scope of work for qualified vendors of architecture and engineering services as set forth below. The City of Mesquite reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive formalities, and award the most highly qualified provider of services based on demonstrated competence and qualifications with whom the City can negotiate a satisfactory contract at a fair and reasonable price. No response may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after opening date. The City of Mesquite ("City") is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of inviting the submittal of a Statement of Qualifications for architectural services, including project scoping, programing, design, development of construction documents and construction administration for the remodel of the following City of Mesquite facilities
