The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes: a. Replace the existing DA Surge tank in the existing boiler plant. b. Replace 2 of the existing boiler feedwater pumps and re-install 2 of the existing boiler feedwater pumps. c. Replace the condensate pump in the main building mechanical crawl space. d. Re-pipe the main heat exchanger and replace the associated controls. e. Additive alternate to replace the main heat exchanger with a new heat exchanger.
