The City of Phoenix is seeking up to 18 qualified consultants to provide soils and materials testing on-call services on an as-needed basis from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026, with an option to extend the contract for an additional one-year period. Interested firms may submit on any or all the services listed in the Request for Qualifications. These contracts will be administered by the Street Transportation Department. SCOPE OF WORK This contract will be utilized to complete sampling and testing of materials on City of Phoenix projects from various departments including Street Transportation, Aviation, Parks, and Fire Department, among others. The scope of work may include miscellaneous geotechnical investigations; materials testing and laboratory services including, but not limited to: sampling, laboratory and field testing of soil, concrete and asphalt; asphalt, concrete, aggregate, and pipe plant inspections; analyses and preparation of reports; forensic geotechnical and pavement investigations; special inspections, and other services.
