The City of Pacific Grove invites qualified and experienced professionals to submit their qualifications, along with an escalating fee schedule and hourly rates, for the position of an on-call Housing Rehabilitation Project Plan Designer/Draftsperson or Architectural/Design Firm. This RFQ aims to engage a skilled Designer/Draftsperson or Architectural/Design Firm who will play a pivotal role in drafting project plans for the rehabilitation of qualified Single-Family Homes of low-income residents within Pacific Grove, which aim to address critical health, safety, code, and accessibility-related needs. Please note: the cost of these services will not exceed $39,000 in the given contract year. All questions pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted by e-mail to the RFQ contact: Alyssa Kroeger, Housing Program Manager at akroeger@cityofpacificgrove.org no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. All Designer/Draftsperson or Architectural/Design Firm who have notified the City of their intent to respond to the RFQ will be provided, via e-mail, a copy of all questions submitted as well as the City's response.
