DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project scope includes pre-demolition abatement of hazardous materials in the link building (connector between Latimer and Lewis Hall) and soft demolition of non-hazardous building substrates as noted in the SOW. BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS: To allow the University to evaluate bidders, each bidder must submit, with its bid, a Contractor's Special Statement of Experience. This Contractor's Special Statement of Experience must be provided on the Contractor's letterhead. If your firm provides inaccurate or incomplete information your firm will be found non-responsive. If your firm receives negative project references, they may be found non-responsive. To be eligible for consideration of award, the Contractor's Special Statement of Experience must include: All Abatement within an occupied building projects on all UC Campuses and National Labs (LBNL, LLNL) within the last 5 years.
