Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Berkeley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project scope includes, but is not limited to: Renovation of four restrooms; Improvement of existing elevators; Replacement of existing pedestrian walkway; and Ancillary work as described in the Contract Documents California Contractor License Classification required: Class B - General Building Contractor Engineer's Estimate: $3,300,000. Questions concerning the anticipated work or scope of the project should be directed to Titus Chen, Associate Civil Engineer, via email at TChen@berkeleyca.gov, no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, August 2, 2024.
