Renovation of a municipal facility in Wytheville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
General: The Wythe County Board of Supervisors ("WCBOS") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide carpentry work in the Town of Rural Retreat. The WCBOS intends to construct walls to create bunk rooms inside the existing emergency services building. Work to include Demolition, framing, sheetrock, HVAC and electrical. Renovation Town of Rural Retreat Emergency Service Building-Bunk Rooms. Questions requests should be directed to Johnny Kincer at jdkincer@wytheco.org or (276) 223-4512. BID Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in the amount of 5% made payable to Wythe County, Virginia. A performance Bond to include materials and labor will be required and the cost will be included in the bid price. Bidder accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Instructions to Bidders, including without limitation those dealing with the disposition of Bid security. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid opening, or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner
