General: The Wythe County Board of Supervisors ("WCBOS") is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide carpentry work in the Town of Rural Retreat. The WCBOS intends to construct walls to create bunk rooms inside the existing emergency services building. Work to include Demolition, framing, sheetrock, HVAC and electrical. BID Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in the amount of 5% made payable to Wythe County, Virginia. A performance Bond to include materials and labor will be required and the cost will be included in the bid price.
