The purpose of this solicitation is to request bids from a qualified HVAC contractor to demo and install HVAC The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received, and to accept the proposal that is the most advantageous to the district. Payments on contracts resulting from this solicitation will be based on receipt and acceptance of equipment/installation and a proper invoice. The work will be performed at the Clover school district Transportation Department located at 107 Industrial Park Lane, Clover, SC 29710. The vendor will work closely with the Clover School District on scheduling, delivery of materials, and start date of trenching. The vendor shall provide proof of any and all state and local license needed to perform the above-mentioned project and all documents required by the South Carolina LLR. If there are any changes to the scope of work listed below, a change order must be approved by CSD Contractor to remove existing HVAC unit, thermostat, and all ductwork serving the supply and return for the existing office space. Contractor shall install new units, new thermostats, and all new ductwork for the existing office space areas and the new office space areas according to the engineered plans from Swygert & Associates (see attached drawings).
