The work under this contract consists of providing all labor, material and equipment required to install exterior panel walls and doors to an existing building structure with existing roof. (Bid range: $300,000.00 to $350,000.00). Job Location Fire Training Center, 4 Dana Road Valhalla, N.Y. Each bidder is required to submit the full set of authorized Proposal Pages and all bids over $100,000 must also be accompanied by the "Bid Bond and Consent of Surety" (as set forth in the Proposal Pages) attached to the outside of the sealed bid. Failure to submit in this manner may cause the bid to be rejected. The successful bidder, no matter the amount of its bid, will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond with its signed contract. The County of Westchester reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening.
