1. Removal and disposal of existing openers at City of Alcoa Police Department, 2020 N. Wright Rd. 2. Furnish/install materials for all fence alterations, if needed, during opener instillation. 3. Furnish and install two (2) new Maximum Controls model MAX 2200 PRO openers. 4. Furnish and install all necessary screws, bolts, mastics, sealants, etc. 5. Furnish and install connections from openers to keypad and loops and verify operation 6. Dispose of all material off-site. Entrance Gate is located at the City of Alcoa Police Department (2020 N. Wright Rd., Alcoa TN) . As this is a secure facility, the City of Alcoa requests the removal/reinstallation be completed sequentially. Any questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the bid deadline. The work under this contract shall be dependent upon the work schedule of the City. However, removal of existing openers and replacement of openers shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of Contractor's receipt of Notice to Proceed. The City of Alcoa reserves the right to waive any formality in any solicitation, to reject any or all proposals, and to accept the best proposal for the City as determined by City Officials. The City also reserves the right not to enter into any contract as a result of this RFP.
