**As of February 19, 2025, the project was awarded to Lariviere construction , with an awarded amount of $970, 988.50.** Site Directions: US Highway 12 from 108th Street to MP 42.25 The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new sidewalk, driveways and ADA ramps on the south side of US Highway 12 from 108th Street to MP 42.25 (approximately 850 feet east of 105th Street). The Project will fill the sidewalk gaps and improve curb ramp crossing within the project limits. The project is being constructed with federal funds. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner.
