Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Driggs, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Qualified organizations to repair, waterproof and seal the Teton Middle School gymnasium roof. Scope of work: o Hazard and Safety Mitigation o Pressure washing roof and walls o Replace 1/4 " Gyp cover board o Fasten seams with plates and fasteners o Remove all walk pads and repair splits and tears o Reinforce all seams, penetrations and base flashing o Application of base and top coat o Application top coat to create 3' anti-skid walkway in key areas o Install slip flashing metal to perimeter of roof o When completed, there is a minimum of 80 mil of applied coats of the products o Warranty of workmanship and materials Bidding components The bid must include the following: o Organization name and/or primary contact o Flat Rate o Qualifications Summary o Disclosure of any relationship to any current employees or school board members of Teton School District 401 o Proof of Insurance and Public Works License The contractor reports to Maintenance Director Cody Kunz
