Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Driggs, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,500 feet of new potable water piping with corresponding isolation valves, demolition and restoration of roadway surface, and miscellaneous surface repair. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidder is not required to meet American Iron and Steel requirements for this project but must meet prevailing wage requirements. Each Bidder must have a Public Works Contractors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. Bids will be submitted electronically via website. To submit your electronic Bid, your company will need to have an online signature with website. Instructions for submitting an electronic Bid will be provided with the Bid documents. The City of Driggs reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Driggs.
