Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Driggs, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of expanding the Driggs Transit Center parking by constructing approximately 14,000 square feet of asphalt parking, 380 linear feet of curb and gutter, and 80 linear feet of storm piping. Associated work includes grading, light pole installation, power conduit and supply, erosion control measures, landscape and irrigation, and other related site work. All questions should be sent to the Engineer of Record, Jennifer Zung, at jen.zung@harmonydesigninc.com before 5:00 p.m. on February 5, 2025. Any objections to the contents or terms of the Specifications shall be raised at least five (5) days prior to bid opening or it shall be deemed to have been waived. The City reserves that right to reject any and all bids.
