Teton School District 401, Driggs, ID, is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified organizations to remove snow from school sidewalks. The contract is for one year, with an option to extend for 3 years. SCOPE OF SERVICES: PROPERTY AREAS Driggs Elementary School All sidewalks including, west fire access and sidewalk between wings. Teton Middle School All sidewalks Teton High School All sidewalks Rendezvous Upper Elementary School Front sidewalk, east, west and north sidewalk - modular sidewalks Playground at north and front sidewalk Victor Elementary School Sidewalks all around including west fire access, sidewalk between two wings. School District Office - Basin High School - Day Care Building Sidewalks all around (including Basin student sidewalk courtyard area), and sidewalks on the west Tetonia Elementary West sidewalks, south of building, north playground, and east bus parking BIDDING COMPONENTS The bid must include the following: Organization name and/or primary contact Hourly Rate Qualifications Summary Since snowfall varies throughout Teton County, the bid must include the pricing for each individual school, per time. The organization that is awarded the bid must provide separate invoices for each school, versus the entire school district. Disclosure of any relationship to any current employees or school board members of Teton School District 401 SERVICES The service provider will dispatch once the snow accumulation reaches an agreed amount determined by the Maintenance Director. Service fees will be determined according to the bid rate.
