Reference Number: 0000358772 The City of Lakewood Public Works Department has operated from the property located at 850 Parfet Street for the last 50 years. This location alone is undersized to support the current and future operations of the City. Due to the space restriction at 850 Parfet Street, various City operations have utilized other dispersed properties, including 700 Depew Street and 5370 W Ohio Avenue. The City desires to consolidate operations to a location with adequate space and infrastructure in a central location. In view of the need for additional space and facilities, the City of Lakewood has purchased properties at 1211/1215 Quail Street, 10811 West Collins Avenue and 1303 Oak Street. The successful Contractor will be selected to complete a Master Plan for the Lakewood Maintenance Campus to ensure that our facilities are optimized for exceptional services for the next 50 years. The Master Plan will aim to fully utilize the abovementioned properties, enhance operational efficiency, and set a benchmark for sustainable construction, operations, and maintenance. This initiative will not only support our city's growth and development but will also demonstrate our dedication to environmental stewardship and long-term community well-being.
