The City of Alamo Heights seeks to develop the 2024 Street Maintenance Program including the following streets: Broadway midblock crossing, Broadway from Blue Bonnett to Primrose, Broadway striping from Primrose to Claywell, Estes Avenue from Patterson Avenue to Cambridge Oval, Estes Ave/Cresent St to Claiborne Way, and Townsend Avenue reprofiling from south of Harrison Ave to north of the midblock crosswalk north of Cambridge Oval, with the add-alternate of Arcadia from Cleveland Court to Broadway. 1.03 The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or within 60 days of Council approval. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion. Work includes crack seal and base repair of specified roads within the City of Kerrville. In specified base repair locations, the area shall be milled to a depth of 3 inches and overlain with new asphalt. Work also includes mill and overlay of entire streets.
