Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rock Falls, Illinois. Working plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; parking garage; parking garage; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of August 15, ni bids received for the project. Will rebid but no definite date yet. . All decks, sidewalks, drives, Fences, garages and out buildings and removal of all debris. All concrete to be removed 2 foot below grade. Site to be filled and graded with a minimum of 12 inches of top soil. Sanitary sewer lines to be disconnected and capped at the Main. Water lines to be disconnected at the stop box by an Illinois licensed plumber per the City of Rock Falls Codes. Basement floors to be fractured to allow drainage. Removal of all volunteer trees and bushes. A Performance bond of 100% of the bid will be required upon award. Demolition project to be completed by October 1st 2024. The City of Rock Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids
