As of January 24, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Bids shall be received for the aforementioned items. A certified check or bank draft on a responsible, solvent bank, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety company, payable to the City of Rock Falls, Rodney Kleckler, Mayor or Government Bonds or cash in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The bid shall be marked to identify bid package contents, reference specification 3426 K003. The successful bidder will be required to: oRegister as a bidder for this project. oFurnish in duplicate the following executed documents: oNon-Collusion Affidavit oBid Form oBid Bond, Certified Check or Money Order oAnd any other documents as required by the specifications. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Utility for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids.
