As of March 6, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A certified check or bank draft on a responsible, solvent bank, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety company, payable to the City of Rock Falls, Rodney Kleckler, Mayor or Government Bonds or cash in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The bid shall be marked to identify bid package contents, reference specification 3406 K003. The successful bidder will be required to: o Register as a bidder for this project. o Furnish in duplicate the following executed documents: o Non-Collusion Affidavit o Bid Form o Bid Bond, Certified Check or Money Order o And any other documents as required by the specifications. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Utility for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids.
