As of July 8, 2025, the City did not receive funding from the state for FY 2026. This project won't be advertised for bids until July 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Willett, Hofmann & Associates, Inc., 809 E. 2nd Street, Dixon, Illinois 61021 (815) 284 3381 is seeking qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) for the City of Rock Falls, Illinois, Public Water Supply Project . DBE opportunities are for subcontracting opportunities in the following project design and construction area: Electrical Consulting. Electrical Consulting subcontract work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the design of the power system to replace the existing power system for the high service pumps at the water treatment plant. The Construction phase services shall include shop drawing review and periodic on-site observation. Award of any subcontracting work will be determined by the evaluation of the business's submitted statement of qualifications, past business referrals, and current workload. All interested parties and qualified DBEs should contact IN WRITING (Certified Letter, Return Receipt requested) Mr. Matt Hansen by submitting a cover letter and a Statement of Qualifications within 16 days of this notice.
