The city of Long Beach is seeking a contractor that shall furnish all labor and materials, including all pickups and deliveries, of complete pumps for repair or replacement, as needed, at various sites throughout the city. The work performed hereunder consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the work. Pumps include, but are not limited to, submersible, vertical turbine, and booster types. Hydraulic and electrical pumps are in operation. Bid results are posted electronically. Bids are awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting the City's specifications. Bid results will not be given out via telephone, City email, or facsimile.
