Water Main Relocation at Olley Creek Interceptor (relocate a 16-inch prestressed concrete cylinder pipe water main out of conflict with an existing 54-inch sanitary sewer interceptor) Cobb County Water System No interpretation of the meaning of the drawings, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing, addressed to the Owner, and in order to be given consideration must be received by the close of business on the Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the bid. All addenda so issued shall become a part of the Contract Documents.
