Project Consists of the Repair and Rehabilitation of Existing Bridges and Box Culverts Throughout the County. Scope of Work Includes Concrete Patching, Epoxy Pressure Injecting/sealing of Cracks, Cleaning and Resealing Bridge Deck Joints, Minor Grading and Placement of Rip-rap, Minor Structural Steel Repair, Cleaning and Painting Steel Structures, and Various Other Items. Project Duration: an Overall Completion Date of April 30, 2025, Has Been Established for This Project. Cobb County Will Affirmatively Comply With Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 Usc 2000d-42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle a, Office of the Secretary, Part 21 Nondiscrimination Act(S). Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (Dbe) Participation and Small Business Participation in All Dot Contracts is Encouraged. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject All Bids and Waive Any Formalities.
