The Scopes of Work for Which We Are Accepting Bids Are: Surveying, Earthwork, Structural Excavation, Site Utilities, Selective Demolition, Building and Site Concrete, Precast Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel & Miscellaneous Metals, Pre-engineered Metal Building Systems, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Casework, Metal Panels, Metal Roofing, Joint Sealants and Fire Stopping, Damp Proofing; Doors, Frames, and Hardware; Overhead Doors, Glass & Glazing, Tubular Skylights, Framing & Drywall, Painting, Tiling, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Flooring and Carpet, Fluid Applied Flooring, Specialties, Metal Lockers, Metal Canopies, Loading Dock Equipment, Residential Appliances, Window Shades, Truck Scales, Fire Suppression, Mechanical, and Electrical. All Bidders Must Be Licensed for the Full Amount of the Bid Per Sections. If Not, the Bid Will Be Rejected, and the Contract Awarded to the Next Lowest Responsible Bidder.
