Renovation of a multi-residential development in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Project completion date is preferred to be during the 2024 construction season and shall be included in the proposal. The itemized proposals shall include: 1. Removal and replacement of all exterior metal wall panels a. Replacement must be at minimum 26-gauge prefabricated steel panel. Include color samples available with proposal 2. Removal and replacement of windows as follows: a. 615 West Broadway: replace 3 windows; remove 2 windows b. 625 West Broadway: replace 3 windows; remove 5 windows 3. Removal and replacement of the gutter systems and downspouts 4. Removal and replacement of all metal walk-in doors a. 615 West Broadway: 4 total including 1 with a 12" x 12" window installed into brick and mortar b. 625 West Broadway: 5 total (1 door has a side window that will be removed) 5. Repair and paint overhead doorjambs and bollards 6. Replace all overhead door weather-stripping The proposal shall include all labor, equipment rental, electrical, and other necessary services need to provide a complete finished product to the City of Dickinson. Additional structural damage that will be needing repairs and not damaged as part of the removal and replacement process of the materials listed above, will be presented to the City of Dickinson by the contractor before repairs are completed.
