Renovation of a medical facility in Conway, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot medical facility.
Need to re-shingle approximately 4,500 square feet of roof with asphalt shingles. Old shingles to be removed, new underlayment added and any rotted plywood replaced, specified asphalt shingles installed. All debris is to be removed from location. SCOPE Of Work Contractor Shall: 1. Full service shall include labor, materials, equipment, delivery, haul-away, hoisting, unload, and distribution of all roofing materials, and incidentals required to completely construct and make fully operational the solicited project. 2. Tear off, haul-away, existing roofing, felt, and related construction waste. 3. Inspect roof deck for rot or damage and replace as needed. Plywood and dimensional lumber will be additional to the base bid via change order at bid rate. 4. Supply and install all new roofing materials according to manufacturer's specifications. 5. Clean up daily. Remove waste and surplus material, and rubbish upon completion of roof. 6. Follow all safety codes and all minimum required building codes. 7. Contractors are to verify all measurements. 8.
