Renovation of a military facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This a request of quotes solicitation to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to repair the roof on building 157 at USDA ARS in Ames, IA. All work shall be done IAW the Statement of Work and other attachments set forth in this RFQ. Plese see formal solicitation and attachments for important information on how to RSVP for the organized site visit along with how and when to repond. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Completion shall be 180 days after NTP with bonds due 10 days after award. Dept. of Labor General Decision #IA20240074 dated 8/2/2024 is applicable to the requirement. Work location MWA NATIONAL ANIMAL DISEASE CENTER 1920 DAYTON AVENUE P.O.
