Additional Information If any additional information is required to properly evaluate the bid, the bidder shall furnish the requested information within three (3) working days after notification from the Purchasing Section. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all items. All items are tied. All Lines must be bid to be eligible for award contract. Contract Dates September 16, 2024 - June 14, 2025 Contract Period The successful bidder(s) will be awarded a nine (9) month contract with an option to renew for five (5) additional years in twelve (12) month increments. This contract will be shorter than a year to have it end on the same day as another contract for similar material as these items were missed on that bid. Contract Quantities Estimated quantities are based on previous purchases. Actual quantities purchased throughout the contract period may vary considerably from estimates. Purchase Orders Purchase orders will be issued for items as needed throughout the contract period.
