Following Work The Painting of the Waterfront Army Water Storage Tank and Contentment Island Water Storage Tank project. All questions and technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Owners primary contact, Scott Agner (email scott.agner@westernvawater.org) A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price Performance, Payment, and Other Bonds Add the following language at the beginning of the first sentence in Paragraph 6.01.A For Contract Prices of $100,000 or greater, Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, The project includes blast cleaning and recoating the interior and exterior of the storage tanks. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders Question Deadline 08/15/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Authority in writing.
