Services shall be in accordance with the City's ACOE Permit # SAJ-2019-00912(SP-SJR) and NMFS Biological Opinion dated 1/6/2024. Rebid of Solicitation # F2021106. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: State of Florida Licensed Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Registered Contractor (RG) State of Florida Certified Marine Specialty Contractor (SCC), or City of Punta Gorda Certificate of Competency for Special Contractor Marine Construction. Failure to register as a prospective Bidder and/or accept receipt of each document may cause your Submittal Package to be rejected as non-responsive if you have submitted a Submittal Package without City issued forms and/or acknowledgment of issued addenda and/or meet the Solicitation Package requirements as provided by the City.
