Reference Number 0000275227 Question Deadline 08/09/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Phase 3 of the project covers Tower C located on the North-East side of the complex. The tower consists of seven (7) levels of primarily office space plus a mechanical penthouse. This phase is similar to previous phases 1 and 2, involving the removal of interior finishes (except in heritage significant areas), mechanical and electrical services, and exterior enhancements such as precast concrete cladding, curtain wall replacement, terrace roofing, landscaping, lighting, and photovoltaic solar panels. The scope of work includes but is not limited to all labour, material and equipment necessary for the use of spray foam in the execution of board insulation, foam-in-place insulation and firestopping. Based on the available design information, the preliminary estimated cost for this scope of work is valued CAD $7,700,000 for the Tower C phase.
