Renovation of an educational facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: SLCC Redwood Road Medium Voltage RMP Connection Redwood Campus 4600 South Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, UT 84130. Construction Cost Estimate: $ 175,000 Bidders are prohibited from communications regarding this IFB with SLCC staff, evaluation committee members, or other associated individuals EXCEPT for the procurement officer overseeing this IFB and other SLCC Purchasing Services staff. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Salt Lake Community College on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission. SLCC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of SLCC. Completion Time: 28 days Liquidated Damages: $350.00 Tax Exempt: Yes questions Deadline Friday, August 2, 2024 4:00 pm All questions are to be submitted through Electronically.
