Renovation of a municipal facility in Coal Center, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidders will need to contact Printscape to register for notifications. Subs need not register, but still need to contact Printscape to be added to notifications. Contracts: 04 Electrical Construction Each Bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and individually marked with the following: Project Name (as noted above) Prime Construction Contract Number and Name: (ie: Roof Replacement Contract No. GC-01) Company Name BID ENCLOSED Do Not Open Bids shall be made upon the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount often percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount made payable to or indemnifying the Intermediate Unit 1. In addition, submit the following with each bid: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractors Qualification Statement, and Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to accept or reject any or all Bids Questions pertaining to the content of the Bidding Documents shall be directed to Dainiel Dillow, DRAW Collective, by email at DanielD@DRAWcollective.com. Questions must be submitted using the Pre-Bid RFI form available on the DFS Website, phone calls will not be accepted.
