The following must be included in pricing for the project The interior of the building will provide separate space for a conference room, four offices, one unisex restroom, closet, storage room, and a utility room to house pump, furnace, electric service Installation of footer and three courses of block Install gutters and downspouts and connect to existing cistern Water connection from cistern including water pump (insulated) Water connection to bathroom fixtures Septic line to new building Installation of new propane furnace Emergency lighting and emergency door entrance/exit Insulated walls and floor Vapor barrier under building Finished walls and ceilings All offices need a ceiling light, window and two receptacles No Bids Received Install a new 500-gallon propane tank with cement pad Furnish and install new high efficiency propane furnace with 90 plus and electric heat pump with 16 feer efficiency rating Furnace to include a filtration system and vented intake and exhaust Electric heat pump to be placed on cement pad with 4 to 6" off pad and thermostat to match heat pump and propane furnace Supply electric mast, entrance cable and 150 amp box Building entrances must be accessible from front and side. Install ramps if necessary Question Deadline 11/24/2025 Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the Local Public Agency. Any inquiry received seven or more days prior to the date fixed for opening of Bids will be given consideration. Bids are being solicited for a project known as the Long Branch Borough Building Project No. LS 25-13. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. Bid documents are available electronically at no charge or as hard copies for a fee. Each bid must include a bid guaranty of no less than ten percent of the total bid amount, in a form permitted under the contract documents. Minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid. The contractor must ensure nondiscrimination in employment practices. The awarding authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. Bids may be held for up to forty-five days while bids and qualifications are reviewed. Contractors must be able to initiate work within 30 days of contract execution and complete the work within 90 consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
