Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Refurbish Bathrooms at Harbor Homes and John E. Horan Garden Apartments. Bids must include a bid security of at least 10% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Insurances. Contractors must ensure that applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap status. Contractors must comply with the Resident Employment and Training Requirements of Executive Order #11246 and Section 3 Clause of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as set forth in Title 24, Part 135. The HACE Minority Business Enterprise Policy must be followed, utilizing minority and female-owned business concerns, and providing employment opportunities for public housing residents.
