Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Greene Township Contract No. T-602-DR: Donation Road Bridge Replacement Bridge work includes the replacement of the existing prestressed concrete non-composite adjacent box beam superstructure. The new superstructure will consist of four (4) 48" x 21" prestressed concrete composite spread box beams with an 8" cast-in-place concrete deck with vertical wall barriers. Minor substructure work will also be performed including deteriorated concrete repairs, crack sealing, beam seat modifications, and waterproofing. Minimal approach roadway work will also be included in the project. Question Deadline 12/05/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted electronically via online portal. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
