Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call civil work for a multi-residential development.
Sealed proposals are invited for the 2025 Plum Home Demolition Project. The project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of properties at 419 Plum Avenue, 708 Wimbledon Drive, and 9176 Walnut Street, as well as water and sewer terminations and restoration. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond of at least 10% of the total bid amount. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Proposals must be submitted using the forms provided. A performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract amount must be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days of contract award. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
