The work provided for in these Contract Documents shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, and equipment, and performing all work and operations in connection with the construction of items and all other incidental and related work to complete the proposed project ready for use and service. HOME EXTERIOR:
- Exterior wall-covering materials (siding): Remove and
replace with Hardboard Lap Siding.
- Gutter Flashing & Gutters: Install New
- Exterior wall-covering materials (siding): Paint Exterior
- Windows: Remove and replace eight (8) old windows
with new vinyl windows.
- Porches, Patios, Decks, Balconies:
Remove and replace front porch floor boards that
are deteriorated
OR
Paint front porch floor boards.
- Railings, Guards, Handrails: Rear Railing - Remove and
replace to be within code compliant railing system. ATTIC,INSULATION, VENTILATION:
- Insulation in unfinished space: Remove and replace Ceiling
Insulation. HOME INTERIOR:
- Utility Room: Relocating plumbing for the clothes washer
discharge away from the electrical panel to meet code
compliance. Repair & Rehab work Clean-up Bidder agrees that the Work will be completed by NOVEMBER 1, 2024, and payment will be made in accordance with the General Clauses. Bidder accepts the provisions of the Contract as to liquidated damages.
