Renovation of a military facility in Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
A design-bid-build Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of the space modernization efforts and expansion to the Hanscom Special Access Program (SAP) Complex (HSC) to accommodate the Air Force Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (DAF PEO C3BM) Architecture and System Engineering Division (ASE) to continue expanding operations at Hanscom AFB. This action will be a new contract to support the build out of the space to include demolition, fiber to desk wiring, alarm control system/intrusion detection system installation, purchase of materials, and all other required construction aspects. The contract will also include initial design support services for the feasibility of build to the architect-engineer firm of record currently on contract. The Government intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to H.V. Collins Company. Answers to received questions are listed below: Estimated contract value is $18M Estimated contract start date is September 2024 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
