Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Forest, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The purpose of this RFP is to select the best qualified, responsible engineering firm to provide the City with Phase III Construction Engineering Services for the Waukegan and Westleigh Intersection Improvements. Phase III Construction Engineering Services include, but are not limited to, construction inspection and observation, construction documentation, construction coordination, and construction project closeout. Construction of this project will be funded through the Surface Transportation Program and will require coordination and documentation with IDOT. Phase III Construction Engineering services will be locally funded by the City. The consultant shall demonstrate understanding with intersection widening projects, traffic signal installation and timing, school and resident coordination, and IDOT Documentation.
