Saunders Road Sanitary Sewer and Lift Station Improvements Construction of sanitary sewer systems, including gravity sanitary sewer piping and manholes, sanitary sewer forcemain piping, and a sanitary sewer lift station, including associated equipment, piping, structural elements, electrical work, and instrumentation and control work. The project is located along Saunders Road from West Course Drive to Duffy Lane in Lake County, Illinois. The total project length is approximately 1,800 LF. The work includes approximately 1,500 LF of 16-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer piping to be installed by horizontal directional drilling. Also included in the work is site erosion control, tree and brush removal, traffic control, and site restoration. Work will occur in Lake County Division of Transportation and Village of Riverwoods rights-of-way.
