Site work and paving for a civil project in Pearland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The deadline to ask questions is 8/07/2024 6:00 PM CST French Quarter Subdivision Section 1 will need a water, sanitary, and drainage to serve the single-family homes. The sanitary will lead to a proposed Lift Station that will connect with a Force Main to an existing sanitary manhole maintained by the City of Pearland. Water will tie in to an existing line maintained by the City of Pearland. This will include all bends, pipes, manholes, cases, and other appurtenances related to the installation of the sanitary and water lines. The drainage includes these improvements to the existing Shadycrest Ditch along Pearland Parkway: 1. Widening the ditch. 2. Concrete lining the ditch 3. Adding RCB culverts 4. Relocating existing drainage in the ROW The drainage includes these improvements to the existing Industrial Drive Ditch along Industrial Drive: 1. Adding a concrete drop to reduce velocity 2. Adding RCB culverts 3. Cutting and filling to include a detention pond, widen the ditch, and include storm sewer outfalls. The subdivision will be serviced with storm sewer pipes, outfalls, manholes, inlets, and grading. All construction serves will follow the criteria from the following entities: City of Pearland, TCEQ, Brazoria County Drainage District No. 4, Harris-Brazoria Counties MUD No. 509, Brazoria County.
